Various personnel involved in the Princeton Center incl Ron Haskins (PRWORA and Brookings connections). Reference to “Moynihan” brings up the theme from the 1965 Moynihan report recommending a national policy towards “The Negro Family” and countering the “pathology” of matriarchy and poverty.
