FRPN.org Website footer; read the fine print which acknowledges federal funding. Notice two logos: Temple University and 1980ff Colorado nonprofit “CPR” (close connection to AFCC origins through Jessica Pearson). I did locate the HHS grants — they went to the larger TEMPLE, not the smaller CPR, making the “dots” much harder to connect.
