Start seeing where to find more.  Take some time, rub your eyes, look again.   Search, start doing lookups yourself, until the process of searching, I hope, awakens some curiosity, and that “say WHAT?” as it did with me, drives you to want, and get, understanding!  Get to the point where you can show and tell, not just “quote and tell.”  Trust me, please, when I say that, “the answers needed most are NOT in mainstream media,” Symptoms, yes.  Answers, No.

Trust me please, when I say that when you let others define the problems, you have just let others limit the answers.  And that once you at least consider looking at:  Grants, Corps (court-connected corps) and Tax Returns — things start to flow together better.   Put that in a historical context (WHOSE idea were these courts anyhow?) and understanding can be built.

Search, click, look, go “Hmm!…” and repeat — goes a long ways when you’re within range of a vocabulary that leads to something solid you can actually look at a government, or IRS database from.

The Table of Contents is a work in progress, chronological backwards in time, while as I can, the blog is moving forward.

And the introduction getting a little longer. Please utilize scroll bar if this annoys you, or read if it does not!  Shutting up is not my long suit.

 Check back periodically, for a larger listing, or more links to individual posts, as I can.   Until (which project is still an IF) the table of contents is complete, for any post listed below that doesn’t yet have its hyperlink, or for unlissted posts, the date can be used under blog’s “Archives” function (sidebar).  The blog goes back to 2009, but so far this Table of Contents does not.  In fact, some of the material is so rarely even covered, you also might get to a certain post lacking the direct link, by a simple searching Google for its title.

Another issue — I’m UNsticking what are marked sticky posts (so more current ones stay closer to top of blog), but leaving the designation in the left column.   The left column marks ones formerly sticky or that I otherwise consider keynote, or critical information to understanding the system.

This information requires a different kind of attention span and for most people (particularly people who may come to this blog because of a custody horrors case) the ability (which is basically just a decision) to look at this very large, very complex problem with nonstandard vocabulary.  I assert that this vocabulary MUST include the economic/corporate-government factor (the “Operations”) in terms that convey meaning to those who use them.

This entire Table of Contents page has been misbehaving.  (Then again, so have I by overloading it — it’s just a blog post!)

I can’t put it back into draft, it appears to be on “information overload” and going on strike.  It shows up periodically formatted (neatly) in beautifully colored, (alternating colors) rows, and three columns, as originally planned. 

And then, I’ll come back and ALL that formatting is gone.  Nor can I seem to turn it back from “Published” into “Draft Mode” just now (not for lack of trying!).  So very much a page in transition.  I’ll do what I can, day by day to simplify and clean it up.

WHAT I DO (have done):

I do corporate lookups, grant/grantee lookups, and put together generic, or sometimes individual, timelines on groups who have been creating these (family conciliation, domestic violence, etc., problem-solving) courts, running the courts (i.e., certain nonprofit corporations/trade associations have judges and custody evaluators as members), contracting with these courts while sometimes presiding over the contracts dispensed TO the courts from the federal government; running programs the courts refer to — etc.   I do people lookups on key people who claim to have come up with the concepts of these courts, or of the professions (example:  “Parent Coordination”) being sold to the public, nationwide (plus some), and so forth.  Once you see the pattern it’s a cinch to identify participants.

While that may sound complex, and not like a fun leisure activity, neither is debt-slavery, or standing by to watch your neighbor’s kids kidnapped or trafficked into foster care needlessly, continuing to pay taxes for our “Deficit” and wondering why someone can’t do anything about it.  Perhaps that someone is YOU.

Unfortunately, in doing all these lookups, it keeps uncovering more corrupt practices, and dishonesty — including among advocacy groups who have popularized certain terms criticizing the courts, have disseminated half-truths (it may be true, but it’s the less relevant HALF-truth about the subject matter)  while (and thereby) concealing and consistently attempting to disrupt or derail the more important parts, including sources of the money involved, the money-laundering element,

This is done while consistently referring to themselves as “experts” a conflict of interest, hierarchical relationship.  The information omitted, bypassed, and minimized in these groups teachings (etc.) is in a clear conflict of interest with educated followers.   Rather than teaching others how to fact-check, and giving the greater scope of the issues, or to even try to go to original sources, these groups by practice (and year after year) prefer to obtain their “constituency” base of loyal followers, who are defended under verbal attack from (basically, dissidents).

Some say, where there is a dispute, negotiate, settle, just get along, mediate, after all — aren’t we all on the same page?

I say, “well, let’s talk about whether or not we are really all on the same page or not, not to mention what’s at stake, if I do NOT out systemic dishonesty in financial matters combined with “pay no attention to that, we just want to save the children!!”

No, we are not all on the same page about many things.  Why don’t we start with fiscal honesty and transparency, and then revisit the concept that demanding this [ethical] standard is less important than “saving the children” — your follow-us-leaders way?  For example, observers can (and should) ask:  DID YOU KNOW about the impact of 1996 Welfare Reform on changing the courts, and who sponsored whom for this system change?  And if you DID know, what’s with “forgetting” to keep that subject matter, and its history, on the front page of the Facebook, Blog, Social Media, Email Alerts, Sign this Petition, Show up for this rally PR material?

Hmmm?  And, having conveniently “forgotten” to talk about this (for a decade or two), you have character and moral standing to go reform the judges, custody evaluators, mediators, and family law attorneys (tell us all your stories FIRST, please) and train-the-trainers how to tell a bad guy from a good guy?  I don’t think so…

I did this blog after witnessing the existing explanations simply not hold water, and knowing (both personally and through others) what it’s like to have one’s kids stolen overnight, without even a legitimate cause of action, let alone one that was proved valid, and that’s “curtains” on one’s work life and normality.

One thing parents and people in the courts should do is insist at least among their close colleagues and groups they support — getting to the truth and sticking to it.  I recommend starting with one of the easiest things to look up for any organization — its corporate registration (if a corporation), its tax returns (If a nonprofit that has to file one), and moreover, I advocate that all of us (“ALL” means all, not just people with children or stranded in some custody or divorce matter) get a better grip on who is government, how many governments are there (at least start with your local state and county), what IS a “government entity”? and then go find that government entity’s “comprehensive annual financial statement,” and read it.

I am talking about things that would seem “technical” to some, but hardly are more than search, click, look, and notice (repeat until the lights go on).  The difference is, I go to a variety of DIFFERENT sources, like grants databases, corporate filings, charitable filings, tax returns of grantees or thinktanks, AND their websites (comparing claims to reality, identifying the business model in place) and who’s on the board.  I also have looked at nonprofit trade associations beyond the well-known ABA, APA, etc. to ones that are deliberately set up to standardize, nationalize, then INTER-nationalize our justice systems in alignment with countries working under a monarchy, under socialism, and under the commonwealth system.  Now, many  people have (finally!) started hearing about the AFCC, CRC, even the NACC (I make sure of it) and some others.

Basically, as I learned, I blogged it, occasionally picking up a bit more “html” formatting skill, for example, keeping the charts within the margin, adding tables, or border lines around the quotes, adding background-colors, as time went on.    You will see some symbols (@, *, etc.) that help me copy more blank rows and type in html….  This table of contents is not automatically generated, and was painstaking to assemble; it will be easier, but still work, to maintain under other ongoing conditions.   So was this five-year-old blog…each has our own long-suits, and among survivors, some of us tend towards investigation, probably because of an intense desire to understand the why and how (things work) and because of a strong BS-detector developed in survival conditions, or possibly innate.

Please feel free to help sustain it (don’t assume others are, or that any amount is just too small; know that I am taking on some very destructive, entrenched, and large systems (essentially, the court-connected cults and the advocacy cults), exposing the weak points, proving them, and telling all where this is heading.  The message is relevant to anyone who contributes to the IRS, it is a public-interest blog.  Should you really be contributing to increase and expand systems of your own control and (demise)?

Also please understand that people who best understand this from experience, in combining the lookups, are doing so while under constant duress from the situations as well. If more would check out (validate or invalidate) this material and start reporting, that pressure might just lessen, but it  is a long way to the tipping point, or “critical mass.”  This is not a mass-movement field.  It’s a looking to attract leaders field.  Leaders by definition are self-starters and not afraid to (are experienced in) using their reason and analysis, and they have to have grounding in history, including history of systems that have influenced this country, but not be so overspecialized they are useless.

 However, another challenge in this is to line up the ability with the ETHICS part — something may “work” but it may be unethical.  Add to that, one just MUST get a grasp of how money works in America, start thinking symbolically (understand systems of meaning and use them with skill), and etc.

WE NEED HIGHER STANDARDS IN DISCUSSING FAMILY COURT MATTERS TO EVEN GET TO THE SUBJECT MATTER!

When people cannot bestir themselves to look up a corporate filing, or a tax return of their on-line advocacy group, then I feel they are worthless as companions and in a discussion group — what are you going to discuss:  gossip?  Opinion [your own]? It only takes a few minutes!  [See sidebar, Pages.]

Most people would rather keep on dishing out dollars to be poured down an empty hole, than take personal responsibility to find out what’s the bottom line, name it, and be able to honestly tell others what this is.  FYI, any cause-based label (whether “domestic violence” “child protection” “fathers’ rights” or “healthy marriage” etc.)  is NOT a solid line — it’s a sound-byte to attract customers to a variety of businesses, or justify supporting training and technical assistance groups (often), or ad campaigns, through public funds.  To the telecommunications, education, and advertising industries. Given that some of the major companies doing the telecommunications for the government (including child support collections, all kinds of accounting services, etc.) many times got their start as military contractors, this is rather a serious situation!  We should understand that while the internet is real nice to use (I appreciate it, no question), it was developed primarily for and intended for military use, and with funding from the military (USDOD).

SO, essentially, ANY cause-based advocacy or reform movement directs public money, blended with private money (to the extent there is some difference any more), away from “the public” not engaged in this business model, TO those who are.  The indicators are (from all I can tell) is that some people really do understand just how much is available (being held, and/or invested) by way of the United States of America (meaning, federal government) and others truly do not, and believe that it is here for law enforcement, protecting citizens from each other, equal rights and social services.

To see this, I say, look at the structures, not the labels on the publicity.  Look at them both, but what’s more important is the systems architecture.   Systems architecture sounds more complicated than it is.  What I’ve said is, do the lookups, and start asking “What’s that?” and “Why are they (is this group) doing that?” and then get some answers that you could back up when backed into a corner.

So, I’m looking to connect with those who are  NOT “most people,” and inspire, incite, and possibly strategize with them on how to proceed disrupting the status quo, without anarchy, by simply telling the truth and demanding action on it, and refusing to support that which veers from it.

That last part is the major challenge, because our own government is actually already self-supporting and through its power to collect taxes, and our continued consent to this model, most of us are not. (Yes, I believe taxation is critical to ongoing abuse of power and without addressing this reality, attempting to address abuse of power is a charade.  It’s going to be ineffective in the long run).

As an investigator and determined to get to the bottom of the “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell, What Me Worry, I see “NOTHING” demeanor shown in the family courts, of the chronic inability of most social agencies to perform the duties that are on their labels, or do so honesty and without gender bias (i.e., “Child Support Enforcement”), despite vast resources and staff most individuals will NOT have) I have come to some basic opinions I can justify, without reference to anecdotal or hearsay information.  YOU CAN TOO — BUT IT MAY REQUIRE LEARNING AND USING SOME NEW VOCABULARY….

In this blog, I have wished to focus more on economics and operations of courts, grants, corporations, etc. than of rhetoric or ideology.  This post is an exception.[THIS POST STAYS IN MOTION (REVISION) AS I LEARN MORE, AND IS  CRITICAL TO UNDERSTANDING THE “HEARTBEAT” OF THE FAMILY LAW SYSTEM,* IN MY OPINION, AS WELL AS THOSE WHO SEEK TO FIX IT.  MAKING A DECISIONS (YES, OR NO) ON THE CONTENT IS A GAME-CHANGER.  PLEASE CONSIDER!!!]{*Whose originators’ systems-change goals, which I can (and as I recall it does) prove, as did looks like Mr. Masson in the 1980s,  included (1) to change the language of criminal law into the language of behavioral science, as per AFCCnet.org History page, etc., and (2) in the process, to guarantee the future of their prized professions, and ensure (3) access to vulnerable kids by  future generations of child-abusers, is not cut off.  Yes it absolutely does also dovetail into historic cultural views of women and mothers. I quote from people who claim to be the founders.  Where these professions fit in the question of violent assaults upon children, and violent wars of domination against “the other” as to nations (WWI, WWII, origins of welfare and national mental health systems), gets real interesting.  Apparently these fields are necessary handmaidens and facilitators to a culture of violence as part of commerce and conquest?  IF SO, then what does that say about the current clamor (and programs) to want to stop or prevent it?}  It gets real interesting..  Depending on what state of being split up into other posts this one is, this spans from Freud (pre-1900s) to Fix the Courts movements (2000s) and deals with the topics of censorship and reframing truth, as shown in the title of the post, “Assault on the Truth,” and recommends we get down to basics, and act accordingly.  The basic question:  IS this true, and if so, who’s telling it, who’s covering it up, and then what next?  Disturbing, for sure….}[The post also has formatting challenges because of my habit is to “show and tell” using quotations, within quotations, which are easily overcome if you look (clicks) at the links yourself in their original contexts. At all points my goal is for people to LOOK!]

And why Mihaly Csikszentmihaly [whose name you cannot pronounce?] was right about “flow,” i.e.,  a state of “intense emotional involvement” and timelessness that comes from immersive and challenging activities such as software coding or rock climbing.Flow and the psychology of discovery and invention A beautiful statement. In fact, I’m putting it at the top of this post!That mode, I think, has been the norm for me, professionally and in general in life; and I gravitated towards where it was a work and social asset. Generally speaking, I remember being happy – not without crises, but engaged in problemsolving and forward movement, and when change was called for, changing directions (as a single person).Then, there was the marriage — and it was domestic violence, battering, constant interruption, and some close brushes (too many) with becoming a “domestic dispute” statistic, with kids. I could not work the former type of work “traumatized” or receive its healing powers to buffer from the other assaults, very real threats on my immediate future in the form of eliminating a sustainable work life, as well as primary relationships with my children and becoming a marginalized person — because THANKS TO THESE COURTS, it can go on almost endlessly, and there’s little way to force a nonviolent ending to any of the legal and fiscal issues!

So the best and most productive state I can be in, given this — is as close to that mode as possible, which in a genuine way is also very close to who I am as a person, and how I have been as a person MOST of my life. (“autoetelic,” that is, intrinsically motivated).

LOOK, PTSD has effects! I was a battered wife, then a custodial mother under constant threat from weekly contact with the father, including threats to steal our children (and evade paying child support), both of which were actually (unlike paying that child support) followed through with, BEFORE this blog started.  I have NOT known a time since marriage (with very few exceptions) where I felt in a safe, or stable, situation, or to this date, was not dealing with some of the same personnel who facilitated that life-destroying (and profession-eliminating) series of staged events ,and the extreme psychological abuse which goes along with attempting to force me to accept this as “normal” and converse with the same individuals as if they were normal (not non-sociopathic) and without an exit.  I have spent YEARS dealing with unreal situations stemming from the underlying reality:  We do not, in this country, have a justice system.  PERIOD.   If we had one, then it would be possible to leave doing business and relationships with identified individuals who have engaged in (ongoing) criminal behavior towards specific family members.

This alters one’s trauma-response and wiring, and regardless of what types of healing and restoration can be done, the level of betrayal is extreme, and for me, PTSD as well.  To the extent we (America, let’s say) cannot deal with this dirty laundry, its family courts, we are not going to have a functional population and ethical and mental (they go together) DYSfunction will (or has?) become the norm.

There is only so much I can contribute in certain circumstances.  My long suit, in this context (and developed in others) has always been “seeing the systems” and explaining them in terms that can make sense to others.  Unfortunately what I’m seeing here is not the road to beauty, excellence, and achievement in a county where this is available without prejudice — but closer to what looks like varieties of the Mob, Mafia, or Machine (whatever it may be called — it’s racketeering) in places where we would normaly expect, “government.”  And most people do not seem willing to accept at which points they have contributed to (funded, endorsed) this.

So, no, I do not CopyEdit here.  As the referenced (8/2009) blog said, even back then:

HOW MANY blogs are you going to find which post grants data from BOTH the fatherhood/marriage and the Violence Against Women (i’m going to, today, some more) groups and ask pointed questions about how many lives are those funds saving — and according to whom?  I have limited time, limited brain capacity and when focused on content, cannot also focus on polishing content.

SOME (a fraction) of this material has been reported, there are now (2011,2012ff) some published journalists (Anne Stevenson) getting it out, as a decade and a half ago, Kelly O’Meara and some others did in “Insight Magazines” report on the Los Angeles County slush fund (from the courthouse) operations for a while (though not with the PRWORA connection) and as Cindy Ross did (early 2000sff) on the Conciliation Code and the impact of this upon handling of DV cases, and some others. But, I still allege (prove me different– that would be great) there is NO dedicated blog that has stayed on this topic with anything approaching the detail I’ve put into it. If there had been, I might have been spending the past five years raising my children, instead of investigating “how’d THAT happen?” and attempting to clear the road for future generations.
